Living Capital is a privately owned investment group focused on disruptive products and business models in branding and entertainment.
The Group consist of the following business areas:
Established businesses
Venture and emerging investments
Retail technology and media
Disruptive consumer brands
Entertainment
Living Capital was founded in 1999, as a venture capital investor in entertainment, leisure and branding; providing financial know-how and structure to creatively driven business ideas.
After significant exits in early ventures such as Pölstar Vodka (later Reyka Vodka), Unibet Plc (later Kindred Group) and Fever-Tree Mixers as well as a number of B to C technology companies, Living Capital focussed on the Reformed Spirits Company and Independent Entertainment Groups.
After gradual divestment of the majority ownership of Martin Miller’s Gin from 2018-2024, with the final share sales the Group returned to its roots of starting and backing new disruptive products and business models within its areas of expertise. Living Capital continues to apply its distinct form of highly active and mould-breaking entrepreneurialism to its fully owned ventures, and as an active partner to emerging and established industry talent.
Currently the Group’s emerging and new ventures include:
Building a retailer and consumer friendly new EPOS and consumer communications tool which is intelligent, fully integrated in one app, and mobile. The solution includes, self-check-out, back-up EPOS (fully independent check-out when retailer EPOS doesn’t function), payments, loyalty and retail media functionality all in one consumer app for use in physical and online retail.
Disruptive consumer brands applying innovative digital communication for awareness and brand building combined with adaptation to new physical and online retail opportunities.
A fast-growing chain of consumer-participation entertainment venues, applying latest technology to the consumer experience.
Producing high quality film content applying stop gap and virtual studio technologies.
